Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your coastal-inspired goodies right to your doorstep.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

East Coastal is not responsible for packages once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll help make it right.
