Refund policy
We know shopping online isn’t always easy, and sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s okay. While East Coastal is a small business with limited inventory, we want to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible.
No Refunds — Store Credit or Exchange Only
We do not offer refunds. You can return items within 30 days of the original purchase date for store credit or exchange only.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue store credit that you can use toward a different size, a new item, or a future drop.
Store credit processing may take up to 7 days and will be sent via email.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all original orders, but customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when sending items back for exchange or store credit.
Final Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a non-eligible item is returned, it will not be processed, and a $5 reshipment fee will be required to send it back to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at customerservice@shopeastcoastal.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and details so we can make it right.
Cancellations
Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled for store credit only. Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it for store credit once it arrives.
